How to Get Started

Step 1 — Complete the Experience Request Form

Every great journey begins with understanding you. Complete our Experience Request Form and share your travel vision, preferences, budget, desired destinations, travel dates, and any special requests. The more we know about your travel style, the better we can begin designing an experience that’s uniquely yours.

Step 2 — Schedule Your Discovery Consultation

After submitting your request, please schedule a personalized consultation. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your travel goals, answer your questions, explore destination possibilities, and ensure we have everything needed to begin creating your custom itinerary.

Step 3 — Pay Your Experience Design Fee

At the conclusion of your consultation, a non-refundable Experience Design Fee will be due before any research or itinerary design begins. This fee covers the professional time, destination research, supplier comparisons, itinerary development, and personalized planning required to thoughtfully design your travel experience. Once your fee has been received, we’ll begin crafting an itinerary designed specifically around you.
